Long before I began working with clients, I was searching for answers for my own body.

At a young age I began experiencing digestive issues, early perimenopause in my 20s, autoimmune conditions, infertility, colonic inertia, and symptoms that conventional medicine struggled to explain or resolve.

I moved from doctor to doctor, treatment to treatment, hoping someone could connect the dots.

My Journey

Long before I began working with clients, I was searching for answers for my own body.

At a young age I began experiencing digestive issues, early perimenopause in my 20s, autoimmune conditions, infertility, colonic inertia, and symptoms that conventional medicine struggled to explain or resolve.

I moved from doctor to doctor, treatment to treatment, hoping someone could connect the dots.

Instead, I was often left with prescriptions and prognoses that made things worse. When the prescriptions failed, the only suggestion they had left was surgery. I intuitively opted out (against much pressure).

Over time I began to realize something important:
The body is not a collection of isolated problems.

It is a system of systems all constantly influencing one another. When those systems lose balance, symptoms appear. My journey became one of learning how to restore that balance.

Where My Work Began

My first entry into health came through the physical body. I began studying movement, exercise physiology, and fitness training, learning how posture, strength, and biomechanics influence overall wellbeing. From there I moved into nutrition and metabolic health, discovering how profoundly real food and metabolic balance affect energy, hormones, and resilience.

While many clients experienced improvement, I began noticing a pattern.
Some people recovered quickly.
Others continued to struggle despite doing everything “right.”


That observation sparked a deeper curiosity that eventually reshaped my entire approach to health.

Looking Beyond the Surface

Through mentorship, research, and years of personal experimentation, what became clear was that lasting health rarely comes from addressing only one layer.
Diet alone isn’t enough.
Exercise alone isn’t enough.
Even medical treatments alone often aren’t enough.


True healing requires understanding the full human system:
Physical health.
Mental health.
Emotional wellbeing.

And the beliefs and patterns that shape how we live.

The Method

My work integrates insights from several traditions and disciplines, including:

  • metabolic and functional health principles
  • nutrition and lifestyle medicine
  • nervous system and stress regulation
  • mind-body awareness
  • intuitive and energetic insight

Healing is not a rigid formula. Each individual arrives with a unique biology, history, and set of influences that shape how their body functions.

My role is to help identify the patterns influencing your health and guide you toward the changes that will support your body most effectively.

Over the years I have worked with a wide range of individuals. Many come to me after feeling like something important about their health has been missed or misunderstood. Others are looking for deeper insight into how their bodies function so they can take a more active role in their healing.

My background combines movement science, metabolic health education, and integrative wellness practices. Training includes advanced laboratory interpretation using functional ranges for blood, urinary, and salivary testing, as well as epigenetic coaching related to genetic SNP expression.

My Philosophy

I do not believe health is achieved through rigid rules or one-size-fits-all protocols. Healing happens when we learn how to work with our bodies.

My role is to help people understand how their systems are interacting so they can restore balance and reconnect with the vitality that already exists within them.

Together we explore the metabolic, lifestyle, and mind-body factors that may be influencing health and develop strategies that support the body’s natural ability to repair and stabilize.

Each person’s path is different, and the process unfolds uniquely for everyone.
